Through decades of providing reputable services, the staff and residents of the Lakes Region’s Golden View Health Care Center have grown together to accept a set of values about how we live and work together. We have come to respect this foundation because we recognize that what makes this a special place to live and work is not only what we do, but how we do it.
ACE: Accountable Customer Engagement Program
Golden View staff members have teamed up to implement a new customer service program. The enterprise-wide “Accountable Customer Engagement” (ACE) initiative is geared toward providing on-going training and skills development to all staff members so as to optimize interactions with our residents and their families and coworkers. Key objectives are to communicate more effectively, continually learn about resident and family priorities and interests, and to generally engage all constituents. As a unique aspect of this program, sixteen of our team members have gone through extensive training so that they can provide ongoing education to current and new staff.
