Charge Nurse
Full and Part time openings in our newly renovated traditional long-term care community and our new state-of-the-art rehabilitation community, The Retreat, now open.
The charge nurse position is to supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures and to assess residents' care needs and take appropriate action. He/She may also act as the medication nurse. S/he supervises LNA's, nurse assistants. Responsible for building security and resident safety. Interacts with all staff members, residents, and their families and representatives. Cooperates with members of the interdisciplinary team in the provision of resident services.
Educational Requirements

Medication Nursing Assistant

The Medication Nursing Assistant is responsible for the administration of medications as assigned according to his/her license/medication administration certificate, scope of practice, and training and performs treatments to stable residents. Must have valid license and be in good standing with the New Hampshire Board of Nursing
