My experience as a rehabilitative inpatient was nothing short of terrific from my day of arrival to the day of discharge. My recovery was equally remarkable and my mobility is well on its way to being restored.

Rehabilitation Program Manager

Our award winning, independent not-for-profit skilled nursing and assisted living facility has the rare opportunity for a dynamic rehabilitation professional with leadership ability.  Our Rehabilitation Manager ensures that the highest standard of rehabilitation and customer service is provided to our diverse patient population by our in house therapy professionals. In addition to clinical oversight, the manager is responsible for staff scheduling and supervision, department compliance with regulatory and practice requirements and budgetary compliance. The manager works closely with the facility leadership and its’ compliance consultants.  In addition to being valued for your expertise and enjoying the opportunity for creativity and autonomy that an independent not-for-profit organization can offer, a wide-ranging compensation package is available. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a (PT, OT, SLP) discipline is required.  Masters is preferred.  Individuals who are a therapy assistant (PTA or COTA) and actively pursing a bachelor’s degree may be considered.
